Zhao Yongjun: Chief Physician in the Department of Urology at Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital. An expert in male penile girth enhancement and lengthening, he has been engaged in genital reconstructive surgery for 40 years.

He specializes in various urological surgeries, including radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy, pyelolithotomy and nephrolithotomy, pyeloplasty, surgery for ureteral calculi, ureteral tumors, and ureteral obstruction, surgery for duplicated renal pelvis and ureter anomalies, bladder diverticulum surgery, bladder fistula repair, total cystectomy, and others.

He has published more than 30 papers and participated in editing one monograph. He has received one Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and one Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Health. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Andrology Society of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Shaanxi Urology Professional Committee, a council member of the Shaanxi Rehabilitation Medical Association, a Standing Committee Member of the Sexology Medicine Society of the Shaanxi Sexology Association, and a Standing Committee Member of the Urology Society of the Shaanxi Rehabilitation Medical Association.
